Jaime & Biaggio, house hunting in Italy one town at a time

An Italian-American couple sharing cheap houses in Italy, and the towns that make them worth a look.

Who we are

We’re Jaime and Biaggio, married more than 21 years. It all started with a few videos of homes in Italy, and we were hooked. Those houses pulled us toward our Italian roots, sent us chasing dual citizenship, and had us dreaming of a slower pace of life. Before long we were taking deep dives into towns all over Italy, and we couldn’t keep them to ourselves. So we started a channel to bring you along on every hunt and learn from others along the way.

That channel grew into the W3 family, an amazing community of house hunters, dreamers and vino lovers. Several of our W3 fam have even met up in real life in Italy and sent us the photos, and that never gets old.

We’re learning Italian one verb at a time, and we’re so glad you’re here.

How we choose the homes and the towns

Each episode looks at four homes in one Italian town. We look for houses that are move-in ready, priced low and clean, with the details that make Italy feel like Italy: beamed ceilings, old tile, original floors.

Then we look just as hard at the town. Is there a train? A hospital within reach? Good places to eat? A view of the hills or the sea? A cheap house is only a good find if daily life around it works.

Every home we feature was listed when its episode premiered. Each video is a snapshot of homes for sale in Italy at that moment, and listings change quickly, so we can’t say whether a home is still available.
